The conventional fire alarm systems are getting close to no use systems as they are being replaced by an addressable fire alarm system.
The conventional fire alarm system detects the fire by zone which can be multiple rooms/locations/area as there is a number of detectors connected to the zone which cannot be identified with a specific location.
